Every politician has a platform. I have a track record. Here's what matters most to me—and what I've already done about it.

🏗️

Reliable Infrastructure

My belief: The basics matter. Clean water, working utilities, roads that don't destroy your car—this is what local government is supposed to do. It's not flashy, but it's essential.

What I've done: I've overseen major modernization of our water treatment facilities and lift stations. I've supported critical repairs to our lagoon system and booster stations. These projects aren't ribbon-cutting photo ops—they're the unsexy investments that keep our town running.

What's next:

  • Continue modernizing aging water and sewer infrastructure before problems become emergencies
  • Develop a long-term capital plan so we're not surprised by big expenses
  • Prioritize road repairs based on need, not politics
  • Explore grants and partnerships to stretch our infrastructure dollars further
🛡️

Safe Neighborhoods

My belief: Our families deserve to feel safe. That means supporting the men and women who protect us—giving them the tools, training, and respect they need to do their jobs well.

What I've done: I've consistently voted to invest in our police department: modern technology for faster and more accurate responses, proper equipment, and support for our reserve officers who volunteer their time to keep us safe. I also supported common-sense off-road vehicle regulations to keep our residential streets safe for kids and pedestrians.

What's next:

  • Continue investing in police technology and equipment
  • Support community policing initiatives that build trust between officers and residents
  • Ensure our emergency services have adequate staffing and resources
  • Improve street lighting in areas where residents have safety concerns
🌳

Parks & Quality of Life

My belief: A town isn't just infrastructure—it's a community. Parks, recreation, and green spaces are what make a place worth living in. They're where memories are made.

What I've done: I led the effort to create our town's first formal Parks & Recreation Department, giving parks dedicated leadership and resources. I established a capital park fund for long-term investments. I supported new pickleball and basketball courts at Memorial Park. I helped implement the yearly leaf collection program that residents had been requesting. And I've made appointments to our Tree Board because environmental stewardship matters.

What's next:

  • Expand trail connections between neighborhoods and parks
  • Continue investing in recreational facilities for all ages
  • Protect and expand our urban tree canopy
  • Listen to what residents want and actually deliver on it
💰

Responsible Spending

My belief: Every dollar the town spends is a dollar out of your pocket. We have an obligation to spend wisely—investing in what matters while respecting that taxpayers work hard for their money.

What I've done: I've supported budget reductions when appropriate. I've pushed for better contract terms—like our waste management renewal—to get more value for our money. I've helped establish dedicated funds for specific purposes so we're not raiding one pot to fill another. And I've shown up to do the detailed, tedious work of reviewing expenditures and claims.

What's next:

  • Continue scrutinizing budgets line by line
  • Seek grants and alternative funding before raising taxes or fees
  • Negotiate aggressively on contracts to protect taxpayer value
  • Maintain transparency so residents can see exactly where their money goes
👷

Supporting Town Employees

My belief: The people who work for our town—from public works crews to office staff—are neighbors, not bureaucrats. They deserve fair compensation, good working conditions, and respect for the essential work they do.

What I've done: I've championed multiple salary ordinance updates to ensure our employees are compensated fairly. When you pay people well, you attract and retain good workers. That means better service for everyone.

What's next:

  • Continue advocating for competitive wages that attract quality employees
  • Support professional development and training opportunities
  • Recognize the essential workers who keep our town running
🗣️

Listening to Residents

My belief: Government works best when leaders actually listen. Not just at election time—all the time. Your concerns should shape our priorities.

What I've done: The leaf collection program exists because residents kept asking for it and I kept pushing until it happened. The Parks & Recreation Department exists because families needed it. I don't just vote on what staff puts in front of me—I bring forward what I hear from you.

What's next:

  • Keep showing up—not just to meetings, but to community events
  • Continue driving your school bus, staying connected to real daily life in our town
  • Make myself accessible to anyone who wants to talk
  • Turn your ideas into action, not just talking points
